Spring is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to invite you to showcase your business at the upcoming May Fest 2026!

This year, we are bringing the community together for a day of local shopping, food, and festivities right in the heart of Downtown Vanceburg, KY. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your products or services in front of our local residents and visitors alike.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026

• Time: Festivities begin at 10:00 AM

• Location: Downtown Vanceburg, KY

Whether you specialize in handmade crafts, delicious food, unique retail, or professional services, we would love to have you join our vendor family for the day. Space is limited, so we encourage you to reach out early to secure your spot in the center of the action.

How to Apply:

If you are interested in setting up a booth, you can:

1.  Stop by our office on Tuesdays or Thursdays  at 141 Second  Street, Vanceburg, KY to pick up a vendor registration form, or to apply in person.

2.  Visit our Website at https://lewischamber.com/applications to download a mail in application, or to register online.

3.  Call our office Tuesdays or Thursdays at 606 440 0135 to register over the phone.

Available spaces and pricing:

10 Foot Spaces: $40.00
20 Foot Spaces: $75.00
Electricity (optional): $10 additional cost

We can provide further details regarding booth locations, setup times, and any necessary permits upon request.
