Hope this finds you well,

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself since we have a lot of parallel goals for the community. My name is Brad, I retired from the Air Force after 20 years, live in Menifee County, and work as the region's Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Coordinator and Local Veteran Employment Representative for the State of Kentucky through the Education and Labor Cabinet.

My area of coverage is currently the 33 counties that make up all of Eastern Kentucky.

My goal is to help veterans find meaningful and ideal employment, and if there are any barriers between them and that employment, work to help them eliminate those barriers. I build resource networking connections across all of Kentucky to assist in special needs cases such as disabled Veterans, those facing homelessness, those facing extreme financial barriers, transportation issues, etc. I also work on building relationships with local employers to get guarantees from them to prioritize hiring Veterans and securing face-to-face interviews for our customers.

I would love to come to your next chamber meeting to introduce myself and to answer any questions that the chamber members may have.

I look forward to hearing from you and to meeting the members of the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce.
